Open the roof to the ridge
Possibility to open the loft to the ridge, expanding both light and the view to the Øresund.

On clear days the Swedish coast rises across the Øresund and you can see the Kullen headland to the north. The path down to the water makes a morning dip possible, and the well-kept garden frames the house and the view.

Built in 1982 and significantly renovated in 1999, when the ground floor was extended with a bright living room with floor-to-ceiling windows facing the sea, and the upstairs living room got ship-plank floors — both with underfloor heating. Since then the roof has been renewed and solar panels added on the south-east-facing slope, invisible from outside. The kitchen was renewed in 2025.
